STUDIO POLICY
By booking and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the following terms:1. RENTER agrees to pay in full at the time of booking at the advertised rate.Additional time is billed at the same rate per hour as the initial booking and must receive prior approval from the studio manager. A cleaning FEE OF $150-250 will be billed if the studio requires significant cleaning.OVERTIME POLICY:You must be COMPLETELY wrapped by the end of your booking. This means that all gear, makeup, wardrobe, and anything else is packed up and put away. All garbage should be thrown away. If you are still shooting or wrapping up by the time your booking ends, you will be charged a $150 Overtime Fee

Studio 20 LLC reserves the right to approve or deny bookings for any reason.

Payment must be made in full to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours ahead of the booking for a full refund, otherwise RENTER agrees to forfeit their booking payment. -
RENTER agrees to keep the premises and all items in good order and good condition and to immediately pay for costs to repair and/or replace any portion of above damaged by RENTER, his/her guests and/or invitees, except as provided by law. At the end of the booking, all of the above items shall be returned in clean and good condition except for reasonable wear and tear. RENTER agrees to pay for all damages (she causes to Miami Rental Studio equipment which are deemed to be beyond "normal wear and tear" by OWNER. All damages will be paid by RENTER at repair or replacement value.

RENTER agrees to keep the premises free of illegal drugs. RENTER agrees to refrain from smoking indoors.

INSURANCE: RENTER acknowledges that OWNER'S insurance does not cover pers property damage caused by fire, theft, acts of God. acts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall OWNER be held liable for such losses. RENTER is hereby advised to obtain his/her own insurance policy to cover any personal losses. RENTER agrees to use the space at their own risk. OWNER is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to RENTER while RENTER is on the premises.

RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION: OWNER may enter, inspect, and/or repair the premises at any time. OWNER is permitted to make all alterations, repairs and maintenance that in OWNER'S judgment is necessary to perform. RENTER acknowledges the studio is under 24 hour security video surveillance.

By completing this booking, you authorize STUDIO 20 to charge your payment method for any additional time used beyond the reserved period at the applicable hourly rate, as well as for any damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations incurred during your booking.
STUDIO RULES:
Do not stand on curve of Cyclorama wall.
Do not drag any objects on the white Cyclorama floor.
Do not apply tape to the custom-painted textured walls. A $250 fee will be charged if any damage or peeling of the texture occurs due to tape use.
Maximum 12 people Allowed in studio per reservation. Additional attendees are billed at $3 per person.
No smoking.
No parties.
Keep doors SHUT and LOCKED at all
times.
Do not enter staff only areas.
Rental start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up.
Must be 18 years or older, Minors must have adult supervision.
No offensive or discriminative productions.
INDEMNITY. Lessee agrees to hold Lessor harmless and indemnify Lessor in the event of theft, injury, or other loss or damage arising from usage of Lessor's facilities or equipment. Lessee assumes all liability for any and all damage or loss whatsoever, and/or injury incurred either directly or indirectly to his i agent or employee as a Lessor's facilities or equipment, and for
personal property of lessee, invitee, or employee. Equipment is used at customer's sole risk. Lessor shall not be liable beyond the amount of any rental fees for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by customer, directly, indirectly, or consequentially, as a result of mechanical failure, casualty, unavailability of equipment, or otherwise.
FACILITIES. Studios are rented on an as is basis. Painting of cyclorama (cyc wall) is available prior to your shoot for a fee. No hazardous substances or materials shall be brought on the premises without written permission from Lessor.
REMEDIES. Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses of collection of any amounts owed under this, or any other agreement Lessee has entered into with Lessor, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, penalty fees, and continuing rental and late charges plus interest.
